HCD Corp is an independent infrastructure consultancy. We have been taking on platform and reliability work since 2016, mostly for product companies between their first serious outage and their first dedicated platform team.
We are deliberately small. Every engagement is staffed by people who will still be reachable six months later, and we cap the number of concurrent clients so that on-call commitments stay honest. If a piece of work needs a specialism we do not have, we say so and help you find it elsewhere.
Findings, decisions and trade-offs land in your repository as markdown, not in a slide deck that expires when the engagement ends.
Rewrites are a last resort. Most systems need three targeted changes, not a new architecture.
If your team cannot run it after we go, we have not finished. Handover is a phase, not an email.
We do not resell licences, take vendor commission, or build anything that only we can maintain.
